About Me:

I began working in the disability sector after previously working in education and early childhood, where I developed a strong passion for supporting people to build their independence and achieve their individual goals. Since moving into disability support, I’ve had experience providing direct support to participants with a range of needs before progressing into an administrative and management-focused role with NDISS. My current role has given me experience across rostering, participant documentation, compliance, staff support and the day-to-day coordination that happens behind the scenes to ensure participants receive consistent, high-quality support. What I enjoy most about the industry is that no two people are the same; good support means getting to know the individual, understanding what matters to them, and helping them live their life with as much choice, independence, and dignity as possible.
