More Than Support.
A Place to Belong.
At NDISS, we believe support should feel personal, respectful and built around the individual. We take the time to understand each person’s goals, routines and preferences so the support we provide fits into their life — not the other way around.
We value choice, consistency, genuine relationships and clear communication, and we aim to create support that feels safe, flexible and down to earth.
ABOUT NEW DIMENSION IN SUPPORT SERVICE
New Dimension in Support Service Pty Ltd (NDISS) is a registered NDIS provider based in Grafton, supporting people across the Clarence Valley and surrounding areas. We provide practical, person-centred support designed around the individual, their goals, routines, and how they want to live.
At NDISS, we believe good support should feel personal, consistent and respectful. We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every person is different, every household is different, and every support arrangement should reflect that. We focus on building genuine relationships, providing reliable support, and working alongside participants, families, support coordinators, and other professionals to ensure support is clear, coordinated, and appropriate.
Our services include support with daily living, personal care, community access, transport, life development and independent living. We also provide more complex and higher-intensity supports where appropriate, with a strong focus on safety, dignity, choice and independence.
We understand that consistency matters. Familiar workers, clear communication and a team that knows the person they support can make a huge difference. We work hard to build support teams that are a good fit and respond quickly when circumstances change.
As a local provider, we value being connected to the community we work in. We want participants to feel confident in their support, connected to their community and comfortable speaking up about what is and is not working for them.
Behind the scenes, we place a strong emphasis on safeguarding, compliance, staff development and continuous improvement. Our team is supported with clear policies, training, supervision and ongoing communication so they can provide safe, professional and consistent support.
Most importantly, we want the people we support to feel heard. Our role is not to take over someone’s life, but to provide the right level of support so they can live it in the way that works best for them.
OUR STORY
NDISS was built around the belief that support should feel personal, practical and connected to real life. We are proudly based in Grafton and value being part of the local community we support.
As the business has grown, our focus has remained the same: providing support that is shaped around the individual rather than trying to make the individual fit into a service model.
We continue to develop our systems, staff training and service delivery so we can provide consistent, reliable and responsive support while keeping the personal approach that matters to us.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
We believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity, respect and as an individual.
Choice — Participants should have a real say in how their support is delivered.
Respect — People should feel listened to, valued and comfortable speaking up.
Consistency — Familiar workers and reliable support help build trust and confidence.
Communication — Clear communication between participants, families, workers and other supports is essential.
Independence — Support should help people do as much as possible for themselves, with the right assistance where needed.
Real Relationships — Good support comes from knowing the person, not just knowing their support plan.
WHAT MAKES NDISS DIFFERENT
We want support to feel genuine and straightforward.
We focus on getting to know each participant, understanding what matters to them and building support arrangements that actually work in everyday life.
Where possible, we aim to provide consistent support teams so participants can build trust and familiarity with the people supporting them.
We also place a strong emphasis on communication. If something changes, there is a concern, or something simply is not working, we want people to feel comfortable talking to us so we can address it.
We are local, responsive and involved in the day-to-day delivery of our services. Participants and families are not just names on a roster to us.
OUR COMMITMENT TO QUALITY & SAFETY
Safety, safeguarding, and quality are central to how NDISS operates.
We maintain policies, procedures and systems designed to support safe service delivery and meet our responsibilities as a registered NDIS provider.
Our workers receive training, supervision and ongoing guidance to help them understand participant needs, workplace expectations and their responsibilities.
We monitor incidents, risks, complaints, feedback and changes in participant needs so we can respond appropriately and continue improving our services.
Where participants require more complex or higher-intensity support, we work to ensure the right plans, training and professional oversight are in place.
LOOKING FOR SUPPORT?
If you are looking for NDIS support and would like to know whether NDISS may be a good fit, get in touch with our team.
We can talk through the type of support you are looking for, your preferred days and times, your location and our current capacity.
This is about the maximum amount I’d put on the page. It still tells people plenty about NDISS, but it cuts out enough repetition that it should sit much better once you break it up visually with your cream boxes, leaves, photos and white space.
