About Me:

I’m the Director and Owner of New Dimension in Support Service, but my career in disability support has always been about much more than running a business. I’ve worked directly alongside participants and families and have seen how important it is for people to have support that actually fits them, rather than expecting them to fit into a service.I’m passionate about person-centred support, choice and giving people as much control over their own lives as possible. I believe the relationship between a participant and their support worker matters, which is one of the reasons I wanted to create these profiles — people should be able to see who our team are as actual people and have a say in who they feel comfortable spending their time with.Over the years I’ve worked across a range of support needs, including complex support, community access, daily living and working closely with families and other professionals. I’m very hands-on within NDISS and I’m proud that even as the business has grown, we’ve kept the focus on knowing our participants individually and not treating people like a number.

My Personality:

I’m straight-up, caring, a little bit chaotic and definitely not afraid to have a laugh. I’m very protective of the people I care about, and I’m usually the one who jumps in and sorts things out when it needs doing. I can be cheeky and sarcastic, but I also know when someone just needs a calm person beside them.

Spare Time & Hobbies:

I love anything that keeps me busy or lets me switch my brain off. I do karate, self-defence and kickboxing, and I also enjoy cross-stitch and junk journaling. I like having a mix of active and quiet hobbies, and I’m always up for trying something new.

A Few Fun Facts:
